• Free advice on rental and market conditions including tips on decor and fees, ensuring the property remains occupied
• Complete HMO service free off charge including HMO applications, maintenance and inspections

• Advertising through our ‘To Let’ boards
• Accompanied viewings; which includes evenings & weekends
• We run a full reference and background check before offering the tenancy
• A Private Residential tenancy agreement will be drawn up to cover all legal aspects of the tenancy
• Collection of rent and money transfer into your preferred bank account including monthly rental statements
• Routine property inspections every three months to ensure the up keep of the property and to identify any maintenance issues  

Scobie Property Management Ltd offers a flat management fee of 10% + VAT.

We charge a tenant finder/marketing fee of £175.00 + VAT per tenancy, but we have no hidden fees throughout the tenancy whatsoever. Regardless of the scale of any maintenance issues that may occur, Scobie Property Management will organise and oversee these issues free of charge.

If Scobie Property Managment Ltd cannot find a tenant for you then there will be no charge to the landlord.
